- 7X7 SUMMERHOUSE WITH VERANDA AND ALPINE RAILINGS: The wooden summerhouse pairs a 7ft x 7ft garden room with a covered front veranda and alpine-inspired railings. The apex roof extends over the veranda to create a sheltered spot to sit outside, while the traditional design suits any garden. A versatile summer house for relaxing, reading, hobbies or use as a quiet garden retreat.
- 12MM SHIPLAP TONGUE AND GROOVE CLADDING: The walls are built from 12mm shiplap tongue and groove timber cladding. The interlocking boards form strong, rigid panels, and the overlapping shiplap profile helps rainwater run off the building. The timber is dip treated for initial protection, giving this garden summerhouse a classic natural wood look that blends into lawns, patios and planted borders.
- 12MM TONGUE AND GROOVE FLOOR AND APEX ROOF: Both the floor and the roof are made from solid 12mm tongue and groove boards for added strength and stability throughout the structure. Heavy-duty mineral roofing felt is included, so there is no need to buy roof covering separately. The apex roof offers a ridge height of approx. 2.08m and eaves of approx. 1.7m inside, giving plenty of headroom to stand and move around.
- SECURE DOUBLE DOORS AND SHATTERPROOF WINDOWS: Wide locking double doors (approx. 1.12m W x 1.73m H) make it easy to carry garden furniture in and out, with a lock and key included for security. Two fixed windows with shatterproof styrene glazing let natural light into the interior and offer a safer alternative to glass for family gardens with children and pets.
- 10-YEAR ANTI-ROT GUARANTEE AND EASY ASSEMBLY: The timber is covered by a 10-year anti-rot guarantee against fungal decay, provided it is treated once a year with a suitable wood preservative. All fixtures, fittings and step-by-step instructions are supplied; assembly needs 2 people and a firm, level base.
